• Turn inside out before washing.
• Wash separately before first use.
• Mild gentle machine wash.
• Do not use hot water.
• Wash Dark Colors Separately.
• Do not soak. Do not bleach. Rinse well.
• Normal spin. May be tumble dried cool or line dried out of direct sunlight.
• Warm iron on reverse if required. Do not dry clean.

• You purchased the product in the last 14 days; and
• The product is in its original condition with packaging and has not been washed, worn or used

For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund quilts, pillows, toppers, mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

Exchange will be promptly made if we have shipped you:

• a wrong product(s) or size (or)
• the product(s) was found damaged.
